Paul Beech is a Managing Member of LuxteL llc which he co-founded in April 2001. LuxteL’s core technology is a family of ceramic xenon lamps primarily for the medical and dental markets, trademarked CeraLux®.
Paul has a forty year history with industry giants such as Tube Investments Ltd., Pfizer, & EG&G. His vast experience spans the technical, manufacturing, analytical and leadership arenas of business. He has conducted business around the world, enjoys dealing directly with the customer & building long lasting mutually beneficial relationships.
Two years into the successful growth of LuxteL Paul & his associates acquired LuxteL’s second vertically integrated product line, trademarked IsoLux®. IsoLux has made available to the customer a complete line of fiber optic illumination technologies that surpass those available in the market place presently. The entity continues to grow with the addition of LED medical lighting products.
AL DEDONATO
Al DeDonato is a Managing Member of LuxteL llc which he co-founded in April 2001 and of IsoLux llc formed in 2003. Al possesses a BS engineering degree from Northeastern University and a MS degree from Boston University and has 25 years of hands on manufacturing experience in the ceramic xenon lamp business. Past positions for Al have been in production, engineering and management for industry leaders such as Raytheon, EG&G & Perkin Elmer.
His vast knowledge of the working intricacies of ceramic xenon lamps is invaluable to the customers he interacts with daily.
