Safety Data

The Safety Data that was once found on the inside of the lamp boxes may now be found at: www.luxtel.com/safety.

The safety data is clear, concise and easy to understand. It is imperative that new customers review the material prior to operating the Lamps. Long standing customers should periodically review the Safety Data to ensure proper operation.

The Safety and Operating Hazards for CeraLux Lamps outlines the 7 major safety items associated with the operating of the CeraLux Xeon Lamps; Explosion, Hot Surfaces, IR & UV Radiation, Ozone, High Voltage, Pinch Off Seal and Disposal. Additionally, the 5 key Operating Steps are also outlined at the Safety Data site. A diagram depicting the proper application of Thermal Compound is also included.  Improper application of the Thermal Compound is the number 1 cause of faulty lamp operation.

If after reviewing the Safety and Operating Hazards for CeraLux Lamps customers have any questions they are encouraged to contact LuxteL (phn # 978 774 9136) directly and ensure they understand what they are doing.

LuxteL Goes a Little Greener

LuxteL is excited to inform our customers that since the beginning of June 2010, we have been utilizing a new lamp packaging box for our line of CeraLux Xenon Lamps.  The new box is 61 % smaller than the older version thus enabling a greater weight to volume ratio. This in turn substantially reduces bulk freight costs to customers and less energy to distribute.

Not only are the new boxes less expensive to ship but they’ll require less storage space and take up less volume at the time of disposal.  Although, still rugged and quite capable of securing the CeraLux Xenon Lamps the new boxes are much easier to open and close.  A greener box all around! LuxteL continues to strive to bring value without compromising quality.
